Andrea is a photographer first but artist second. So many times, images (either on the MLS or builder portfolios) all look the same. She strives to set herself apart by showcasing her talent and versatility as a professional photographer,
allowing your brand to stand apart from the rest.
Each style has a different way of shooting - with different lenses, different lighting. Style must be chosen ahead of the shoot, preferably at the start of the client relationship. Which do you feel your brand would be enhanced by?
Standard: Shooting Style
This standard style of shooting is the most common way of shooting new construction homes. With a wide-angle lens and a flash, Andrea will give a straight approach to images that show well both on the MLS, portfolios, and social media. Same day editing available.
STANDARD
Editorial: Shooting Style
Editorial style of shooting includes tighter images, bringing visual compression to the foreground & background subjects. By either composition or by enhanced bokeh (blur), editorial style shows high end details and custom finishes best, many times for the emotional grab of social media and builder portfolios. A great addition to any standard new construction shoot. Best for homes with abundant natural light. Same day editing available.
