Styled Editing
Andrea is a photographer first but artist second. So many times, images (either on the MLS or builder portfolios) all look the same. She strives to set herself apart by showcasing her talent and versatility as a professional photographer,
allowing your brand to stand apart from the rest.
Each style has a different way of shooting - with different lenses, different lighting. (Style must be chosen
ahead of the shoot, preferably at the start of the client relationship.)

Standard: Styled Editing
This standard style of editing is the most common way to show properties. With a wide-angle lens and a flash, Andrea will give a straight approach to images that show well both on the MLS, portfolios, and social media. Same day editing available.
STANDARD
Matte: Styled Editing
This type of editing is best for showcasing on social media, on upper end luxury & custom homes. Matte style evokes a warmer touch and a less-contrasted finish. Same day editing available.
MATTE
HDR: Styled Editing
This style of editing is becoming much more popular than in times past. Utilizing other team members to edit, this style is very bright, white, and "enhanced." While a great option for many homes, sometimes the edits remove the real-life warmth of the space, yet the ability to keep all spaces light and bright and window views saved may make that worth it. Same day editing not available.
